Jami Wermers
CTFA, CFP®, Estate Planning Paralegal
Jami is a graduate of The University of Iowa. She has 25 years’ experience in Banking and Trust Administration. She is a CFP® Certified Financial Planner and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. Jami’s experience in trust administration brings a great deal of value to the firm’s estate planning, probate and trust administration practice. Jami is a past member of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council and past volunteer on several nonprofit boards. She and her husband, Russ, are empty nesters in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. They have five children between them. They love to travel and tackle DIY projects, and can now add the title “Grandma” to her name, which she feels is the best designation.

Angie Moeller
Office Manager/Paralegal
Angie is a graduate of Western Iowa Tech Community College with a Paralegal Applied Science degree. She has over 20 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, with the past 12 years working as a paralegal, primarily in family law and business/real estate matters. She and her husband, Darin, reside in Sergeant Bluff and have five children between them. They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and traveling.

Kayla Amick
Administrative / Legal Assistant
Kayla is a graduate of Western Iowa Tech Community College with a degree in Human Resource Management. She has a background in HR and finance and has spent many years working as an Administrative Assistant. She and her husband, Cody, reside in Bronson and have three young children. They enjoy spending time with family and keep busy attending their children’s extra-curricular activities.

Megan Pennell
Administrative / Legal Assistant
Megan is a graduate of Western Iowa Tech Community College with a degree in Office Administration. Megan worked as an Administrative Assistant before becoming a stay-at-home mom and then began working for the firm in 2020. She and her husband, Josh, reside in Sioux City and have three children. They enjoy spending time with family, watching football, camping, and traveling.
